- LOGISALL Group secures global packaging quality validation capability through full ISTA testing certification

- Supporting customer global expansion with accredited test reports and tailored consulting services

The Korea Pallet Pool (KPP) Technology Research Center, an affiliate of LOGISALL Group, has become the first logistics company in Korea to be accredited by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) as an official testing laboratory authorized to issue certified test reports across all ISTA packaging performance categories.

Following its initial laboratory accreditation in 2024, the KPP Technology Research Center has expanded its scope this year by obtaining additional certifications in vibration, shock, compression, and environmental stress testing. This achievement officially recognizes its capability to conduct the full series of ISTA tests.

Founded in the United States in 1984, ISTA is a global organization that evaluates packaging and product stability by simulating the diverse environmental conditions that can occur during transportation. With this latest certification, the KPP Technology Research Center has been recognized for meeting international standards in both testing equipment and management systems.

To achieve accreditation, the research center strengthened its testing infrastructure and quality management systems, while also completing ISTA expert training programs and establishing rigorous internal quality processes. As a result, it has received final approval from ISTA and is now listed as an accredited laboratory on the association’s official website.

This milestone enables the KPP Technology Research Center to issue credible packaging quality test reports for both domestic and international clients. It is expected to help companies across industries—including agriculture and fisheries, automotive, batteries, and semiconductors—reduce certification costs and shorten lead times, thereby enhancing their global competitiveness. The center also plans to expand its services by offering customized consulting and certification packages, strengthening partnerships with domestic and international testing institutions, and actively participating in standardization initiatives to reinforce industry competitiveness.

A representative from the KPP Technology Research Center stated, “Achieving full ISTA certification across all testing categories is particularly meaningful as it marks a first for the Korean logistics industry. KPP will continue to provide reliable packaging verification services that support our clients’ global expansion, while also contributing to the advancement and competitiveness of Korea’s packaging and logistics sectors.”

As LOGISALL Group’s specialized packaging research center, KPP Technology Research Center develops and delivers sustainable logistics and customized packaging solutions, supported by its leading packaging and logistics research team and extensive expertise in returnable transport packaging (RTP) operations. With this ISTA certification, LOGISALL strengthens its ability to provide trusted packaging validation services to the global market.
